Overview

Systematics is the business operations platform from Dovito® Business Solutions. This connector is a remote MCP server that brings your Systematics account into Claude. Claude reads and updates your work, runs guided interviews, and saves what you build together back to your business.

Requirements

A Systematics account. Sign up or sign in at app.dovito.com.
A Claude plan that supports connectors.

The connector is included with your Systematics account. Some features inside Systematics, such as paid process documents or Skill packs, follow your account's plan.

Connect to Claude

Open ConnectorsIn Claude, go to Settings, then Connectors.
Add SystematicsFind Systematics in the directory, or choose Add custom connector and paste the server URL below.
Sign inSelect Connect. Claude sends you to Systematics to sign in with your own account and approve access.
Start workingYou return to Claude, connected. Try one of the example prompts.

To disconnect, remove Systematics from Claude's Connectors settings. Access ends straight away.

Capabilities

Process mapping

Claude interviews you step by step, maps how the work actually gets done, and saves the finished flow to your business. Ask Claude to map a process, or start the Map a process prompt.

SOPs

Turn a mapped process into a written standard operating procedure your team can follow. Each SOP is stored with your business in Systematics.

Team Skill management

Browse your team's Skill library, load the Skills you own straight into the conversation, and pick up new ones when you need a capability you do not have yet.

Automations

Describe what you want to happen and when, and Claude helps you set it up and keep it running.

Projects and records

Ask about your projects, tasks, deals, messages and records in plain language, and update them from the chat. Search across your account and find people on your team.

Ideas and issues

Raise an idea, improvement or issue about your project. Claude interviews you, confirms the details, and files it to your project board. Track each one from submitted to quoted to done. You can also start the Raise something about your project prompt.

In-chat views

Results come back as clean record cards, result lists, stat grids and process flows instead of raw data.

Security

Sign-in and permissions

OAuth sign-in. You sign in with your own Systematics account. There are no API keys to copy or paste.
Runs as you. Every request is made as the signed-in member, against the same Systematics API the web app uses.
Your permissions, enforced. Your role, business membership and project access are checked on every call. The connector adds no privileges, so Claude can only see and change what you already can.
Scoped tokens. Access tokens are limited to the Systematics connector and validated on every request.

Purchases and confirmations

Anything that spends money or changes billing asks for your explicit yes first. Purchase tools only create a secure Stripe checkout link for you to open. The connector never charges you directly.

Troubleshooting

Sign-in fails or loops

"Not allowed" or a missing record

The connector follows your Systematics permissions. Ask your business owner or admin to grant access.

Tools stop responding

Disconnect and reconnect the connector to refresh your sign-in.
